The City Corporation has a response time policy of 10 days where a full stage 1 response will be given for all comments, complaints or suggestions. We aim to be quicker than that, particularly if the issue is urgent.

If we aren't able to investigate your complaint in full within this time, we will contact you to advise you of the delay and to let you know when you can expect a final response.
